At the core of BEST DYE is a unique ionic dyeing method. Before dyeing, elastic fabric immersed in a dye composition with an ion-modifier and a dye, allowing the elastic yarns to carry a specific charge. Simultaneously, dyes are prepared with the opposite charge. This creates an electrostatic attraction between the yarns and the dyes, ensuring deep, even penetration and 100% color yield—effectively eliminating the grinning effect in stretch fabrics. Compared to traditional staining-based methods, BEST DYE not only reduces dye usage but also delivers significantly better colorfastness and overall dyeing performance.

Many elastic sportswear fabrics on the market are dyed using conventional methods, which often result in uneven coloring (grinning effect) when the fabric is stretched, leading to unsaturated and inconsistent appearance. Tex Tile's BEST DYE technology ensures even coloration of elastic yarns, effectively eliminating grinning effect. It also maintains high standards of colorfastness, keeping the color consistent on both sides of the fabric, even when stretched, delivering reliable double-sided color uniformity.

Anti-Slip Fabrics Enhanced with BEST DYE
Eliminating the discomfort of silicone-based materials
Many sportswear products emphasize anti-slip and compression features, but often rely on silicone-based materials that can cause poor breathability and skin irritation. To solve this, Tex Tile combined its BEST DYE coloration technology with proprietary knitting development to create an elastic fabric with built-in anti-slip functionality. The anti-slip effect is integrated into the fabric's inner surface—minimizing muscle vibration and enhancing skin contact—while maintaining excellent color saturation on both sides for a performance-meets-style finish. Depending on design needs, the fabric can be used in multi-panel construction or made entirely with elastic yarns, offering greater flexibility, comfort, and design freedom. Most importantly, it eliminates the need for silicone applications, ensuring better breathability and skin compatibility for a higher-quality sportswear experience.
