In collaboration with yarn manufacturers and inventor Dr. Cheng, Tex Tile developed the award-winning WinCool® fabric, honored with the Gold Medal at the 39th International Invention Exhibition for its breakthrough innovation.
WinCool® is engineered from modified yarn infused with composite minerals to provide lasting cooling performance that remains effective after washing. It helps lower skin temperature, reduces reliance on air conditioning, and keeps wearers cool and comfortable even in hot weather.
The collection covers a wide range of knit fabrics—from single and double jerseys to Free420, warp-knit, mesh, and free-cut styles—available in solid, mélange, and textured designs. Today, WinCool® enjoys strong sales across Taiwan, Europe, and the United States.

3D Fabric Innovation — Redefining Cup Material
This 3D spacer fabric, specially designed for women's cups, replaces traditional foam padding to provide a lighter, more breathable wearing experience. Its three-dimensional knitted structure delivers both support and comfort while reducing heat buildup for a pleasant, healthy feel. Precision knitting and advanced dyeing technologies allow Tex Tile to conceal middle Mono yarns, avoiding prickly sensations and reducing the need for extra layers—lowering garment sewing costs. Multi-filament middle layers can also enhance softness and delicacy.
With unique knitting and dyeing processes from Tex Tile and its dye house Cotex, common dyeing creases in spacers have been successfully eliminated, making this fabric a next-generation choice combining breathability, comfort, and refined detail.
Beyond molded cups, the 3D fabric can be formed into shoulder pads, and the computerized jacquard spacer machine enables direct pattern knitting—using Tex Tile's designs or original designer creations.

PFAS-free water-repellent apparel is becoming an essential industry trend. Mono-Material Recycled Polyester Stretch Fabric

The company collaborates with yarn suppliers to test sustainable options, including recycled polyester, pre-consumer recycled nylon, bio-based PA56 nylon, bio-based spandex, ocean-recycled nylon, and garment-to-garment recycled polyester.
