Reducing production offcuts and finding ways to repurpose by-products into new value has become a key focus. On January 20,  Tex Tile signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Taiwan Reyhanli Centre for World Citizens (hereafter referred to as the Taiwan Centre), committing to donate fabric strips and small cuttings generated during the production process. These materials will be repurposed by the Centre’s weaving workshops for refugee women—turning offcuts into opportunity. This initiative not only embodies the principles of a circular economy but also creates meaningful work, supports international humanitarian efforts, and contributes to solutions for the refugee crisis.

With significant investment in R&D, the company’s dye house, Cotex, successfully developed BEST DYE — a dyeing and finishing technology specifically designed for elastic fabrics. Using a specialized process, BEST DYE achieves 100% color intensity by forming ionic bonds with elastic yarns and dyes.

Ultra-Fine Touch with High-Gauge Precision｜To deliver high-value fabrics to the market, Tex Tile introduced Delicate Fabric, a premium ultra-fine knit. Delicate Fabric uses advanced high-gauge knitting to achieve a soft, silky hand feel. It quickly became the go-to material for seamless lines in premium lingerie and has been mass-produced reliably over the years.

Fabric edges often curl after cutting, making edge stitching necessary. To address this, Tex Tile developed Free420®, an ultra-stretch fabric with an innovative double-knit structure that resists curling in all directions—vertical, horizontal, or diagonal—eliminating the need for edge stitching and enabling true design freedom
